If you go thru 3rivers, get the 9pc ribbon burner profiles. One set will keep your ribbons in shape for about any profile you are working.

Postage will be high with 3 Rivers. Find an old hair dryer, take it apart and unravel the round wire. It does the same thing as the flat wire.

GUT: a buddy of mine, now gone, owned a company that made the machine that twisted the wire to different specs for household goods like toasters and hair dressers. He offered me an end roll but I turned it down. guess I should have took him up on it.
I have some factory ribbons at home if the OP doesn't have one by the time I get back for Easter I will send him one. I have a pile of already shaped flat ribbons also.
