I’m starting to get there. Still only shooting about 25lbs at my draw, but I can shoot pain free. I shot back to back days now for the first time in an over a year. I shot about 30 arrows each evening and mostly just worked on mechanics.
Like I said, I’m shooting about 25 lbs, and it’s a good thing too. If I was shooting 45 or 50, I probably would have ripped my bottom lip off last night. Lol. I was trying a tab out, and for whatever reason, it wasn’t working last night. I brushed my bottom lip with the string on just about every shot. That didn’t happen the previous times I shot with that tab. Who knows.
Tonight I went back to shooting with a glove and shot much better, with no sting slap to my face or lip. I was shooting well enough that I when I quit for the evening, I was confident I could kill a deer with that 25 lb set up. I just need a deer deaf, blind, and broadside at 5 yards. Lol
