Most arrow shaft manufacturers list straightness, weight per inch, and spine, but it seems that spine is not taken very seriously. Spines can vary alot and is more critical than weight and straightness.
So which manufacturers produce the most consistent spine arrows? How do u know?

They do that as marketing ploy..
For precision shooting, spine consistency is the most important, at distance, weight consistency is a close second, and straightness a distant third.
You will not beat aluminum arrows for consistency in all three categories. In my experience, stick with Easton for carbons. I "know" that because I shoot groups and spine variations matter.

Viper gave you good info with aluminum you will have the best of all three. Spin wt. Tolerance, and straightness.

The high end arrows from the arrow companies are the ones with better spine consistencies. Low end, cheap arrows are culls, and marketed as such. Gold Tip Blems are a shaft that come to mind. Also, be aware of Gold Tip HUnter shafts you buy on Amazon, they're cull shafts that straightness and spine consistency are way off.
Carbon shafts from Victory Archery are all spine alighned. Even the lower cost shasts, the VForce shafts. Shafts like the VAP TKO, RIP TKO, Easton FMJ's, are all high end shafts with unbelievable spine consistency. For the money, Victory Archery is producing the bestcarbon shafts on the market today. No other company sells spine alighned shafts, that is dead on the money!
And yessir, I'd put VAP's against aluminum arrows any day as far as spine consistency, matched weigh ans spine per dozen, and straightness. And I shoot groups groups every day, and play with a Hooter Shooter more then I should.

Not a betting man, but if I were, I would take that bet Buglmin. :)
Not saying VAP's aren't good, they are very good, but you need to show me the results on a graph, done with quality machinery that shows spine versus weight versus straightness all around the shaft. That's when I'll buy into it. In the mean though, I can't shoot good enough to see much difference anyway so it's likely a moot point with me.

Guys -
I have more than a few dozen VAPs, and stopped using them. Even with a dead nuts tune, I was loosing points at distance. Yeah, there is a difference. The fact that Victory boasts "straightness" (V1s, vs, V3, vs V6s are all about straightness) and rarely mentions spine on their website, makes them a little suspect.
But Mr. Stout is correct (as usual), I'd would be willing to bet that most people here can't shoot the difference. It does make the initial question just a bit moot.
Likewise Bigdog, I'd be willing to bet that 99+% of people buying X10s can't exploit any benefit from them, and frankly, the few that can aren't paying for them.

Have been a fan of X7s for a LONG time. Still think there are the best bang for the buck out there.

“I'd be willing to bet that 99+% of people buying X10s can't exploit any benefit from them, and frankly, the few that can aren't paying for them.”
ROFL!
I’ll make my own bet here… that that applies to about 99% of all of the top -end sports equipment sold around the world.
OK by me, though. If it makes a guy feel BadAss to have the very “best” of everything, well, as long as he’s not shirking some other responsibility, I guess that’s up to him. That’s what funds the R&D budgets and what makes the “mid-grade” stuff as good as it is. Which is probably better than most of us need or deserve!
