I never attended this event before so for those that have

what can i expect far as the level of difficulty in the shots and also the physical activity?

I have a couple friends coming in for the shoot as well

Is this an event where you can shoot for multiple days or can it pretty much be done in a day?

I have attended the TN classic if there’s a comparison?

It's one of my favorites. Come on out, you won't be disappointed.

Lord willing and the creek don’t rise I will finally make it this year. Been trying for several years.

It’s a very fun shoot, come and try it out.

The shots are are reasonable, most are 15-22 yds or so. Easy walking clear trails, well marked, some hills but nothing bad. You can shoot every day, only your first round counts for the shoot- offs, but all count for score for division of your competition. Very well run, one of the best around. Come join the fun, you will have a good time.

You won’t be disappointed. Terry does a very fine job with this.

Level of physical activity is mild in terms of topography, gradual inclines up to and along low ridges.

David, I am glad you're finally going to make it, LOL.

I start opening the range at 6AM on Friday, shut it down with the last shooter able to go out at 5PM. Same thing on Saturday.

Sunday, I open the range again at 6AM and shut down at 11 AM, with the last score card in by 1 PM, with awards given out ASAP, after that.

I try and make the course, not only fun, but a few challenging shots thrown in. No extremely long shots, the longer ones would be on the much larger targets, such s the elk, African lion and such.

I feel like every kill zone on an animal on my course is open, NOW, that doesn't mean you might have to get between a couple of trees or lean a little left or righT.

I truly believe you will have a blast here.

My congrats to Mr. Harris for putting on this shoot, year after year no less. Have never attended and probably never will (too far) but I do know how much blood, sweat, time, and money goes into shoots like this (often without much appreciation) and it's a truckload for sure. Just a cyber backslap for Mr. TH, you sir have my admiration.

Thank you Tony, for taking the time to offer those kind words. Certainly would love for you to make it, but I also understand.

Thanks again sir.
