Is there any certain models of the SK that had a slender grip?

I have owned 5 to date grips really varied on them. The newer version black beauty was huge imo.

My extremely rare blonde-horn blue-stripe! For sale - One Billion Dollars! (or buy it for $50 from my wife upon my passing...)

I have only handled one of the newer phenolic super kodiaks, the grip was terrible (and I mean, really really bad). It was a LH model i bought online, it was back in the mail the next day. I have owned four different Grayling Super Kodiaks and they all had about the same grip, all very nice. I did not like the grip on my 1966 Kodiak though... it was ok, but a bit chunky... I liked the super kodiak grip much better. Taste is subjective though....

I often wonder how bowlers at Bear Archery are paid. I have worked on enough phenolic to understand that paid by the hour phenolic grips would be very slim. But I doubt very much they are paid by the hour, meaning the fattest grips they can get away with. I had a couple of lefty Super Kodiaks but no pictures I can access.

I have a commemorative LH model that I bought off a good Leatherwaller a while back and will try to post a picture of it. I also had a Super Kodiak LH that I traded a dozen shafts for with Big Jim at Comptons years back. I wouldn't have even made a good crooked fence post, as the handle was a block of wood. From what I've seen the handles can vary, but your mileage may differ.
