Found this knife to go in my quiver sheath. Guy said it was a queen brand, but I saw no markings. It was in an estwing sheath. But for $8 I mean why not…

Yep, looks like a Queen. Good deal for sure.

Nice find Tony. American made for $8 you did well. I have a couple Queen Cities. Here’s what the makers mark looks like.

At first glance I thought it looked like my Kabar.

KaBar & Western both had knives that looked a lot like that. >>>----> Ken

I would've guessed western? I love finding vintage USA steel!either way Kabar, western ,or Queen good little knife right there!

For me the squared pommel excludes Western, Schrade, Queen and Case. I have seen squared pommels like that on A few KABAR’s but they had finger grooves in the leather. It could very well be made for or by Estwing. It’s close to one that I have (somewhere, or I’d include a photo). Nice find for $8. Sharpen it up and start using it. Lance.

I had a Western that looked very much like that in the 70's and I loved that knife. I lost it some how and always wanted another like it. Good looking knife.

I had a boyscout western, that looked exactly like that.

Wow! Tony! Your really finding some good ones. Marbles is a really good find indeed.

Vintage Queen City Cutlery/Queen Cutlery knives do indeed have square pommels. The Estwings I've seen were more rounded, but maybe they did make some square ones too, I just haven't seen one but I'm certainly no knife expert.
