Best $89 i ever spent is on the PMZ TD longbow i got from Amazon.. This bow shoots as good as any custom i've had and i've had alot of them. Very smooth, quiet and real quick. Really like the grip also..If you are on the fence about these bows don't hesitate to try one.. You will be impressed.

That’s good to hear Bob. You should post some pics of yours.

I bought one for my nephew and was impressed. There was no issues with limb fit as some reviews state. Nice bow for $100.

The red and black riser is the coral snake. Thats what mine is. But mine is a recurve. I don’t know if the longbow has a different name or not. You’re right about how nice they shoot. I like mine a lot.

I have the brown version. I found the grip on the small side so I added a Posi-Grip. I also own the Coaral Snake Red and Black recurves. The Coral Snake is a really good shooting bow.

Hey Bob, glad you like the bow. You’ve always been a good judge of longbows and I appreciate your candor on all those that have come my way. Enjoy and keep on shooting on. —Mark in Idaho

Never heard of PMZ bows prior to this thread but they look like a heck of a bow (both the longbow and recurve) for less than a hundred bucks.

Like them or not, China appears to be upping their game, at least cosmetically, when it comes to the traditional bow market.

As they don't offer the PMZ in lefty I still ordered one from Amazin just to check it out (free returns). This is a very nice bow. Returned mine and ordered one for my grandson to get him started in trad. Got lucky as the bows were $79.99 from Amazin on Black Friday sale. His first bow and he really loves it. Thanks to REB on here for making a beautiful string for it.

QUESTION:.... What is the center cut on the riser?

I bought a black and tan version last summer and it's become one of if not my favorite shooters. I did rework the riser some to my liking. I bought a second one, the red riser version off ebay and it is NOTHING like the one I have. Hated it! Sent it back and got my money back. I have not tried the black/red version yet. I'm really wanting to get a modified version from Nik at Great Plains next. Those look spot-on! Just waiting for the ok from the wife.

Bearbow...

From the pictures on their website, it looks to be cut to center...or very close to it.

I bought one of the PMZ longbows last summer, and I'm pretty impressed with it. Got my niece the recurve version (Coral Snake), and it's pretty nice, too.
