Our fellow WALLER "SLIPPED LEASH" has a FROZEN SHOULDER. Hopefully the Cortisone and some PT will get things MOVING AGAIN. I don't envy the CORTISONE unless buffered with LIDOCAINE. Pure CORTISONE is a BIG OUCH!

This is really appreciated guys. Batman is talking about me. Ortho says I have adhesive capsulitis. Didn't know that was a thing. The darn thing just quit working. Came out of nowhere, at a particularly bad time. Haven't really shot since before Covid and I had just gotten my longbow off the wall and was trying to draw when this condition hit. Arm was pretty much useless for awhile. Couldn't really extend the arm or lift any weight. Pain was debilitating. Tried workouts and pain meds at home, lots less pain but arm pretty much useless for any meaningful exertion. Got a cortisone shot (way less painful than expected) and headed to six weeks of PT. Hoping to be all better soon.
