Picked these up today, have been used but near immaculate. Both Jon-e, one standard and one giant. No dings or dents. I don’t use hand warmers but I imagine they’ll make trading stock.

Nice find! Long, long time ago, every outdoorsman had one of those;)

I never had a use for em but yep, they could be useful for trading or gifting. Nice find.

I had one of them years ago... Don't know what happened to it..

Lighter fluid smell too

Cool!

Generally I found they smelled and leaked in your pocket. To each his own.

I remember more than once getting a lighter fluid burn on my leg from using one. If you were a serious cold weather hunter back in the day, you probably had one...such memories!

Everyone had those back in the day, 60s and 70s, lighter fluid rash was common but they did work.

We gravitated to the Hot Hands style warmers but they put out moisture and get you hands damp, not good in the cold. They are expensive to use as well.

The new recharcable electric had warmers are the best thing to ever come on the market, small, three setting from 90 degrees all the way up to 125 degrees and heat for up to 20 hours on one charge.

I buy a two pack for less than $20.

I just bought two pair of those

What brand are the electric and where do you buy them?

Don't have any answers about electric ones. I owned the heaters you filled with fluid, they sure did smell.

I got an electric set at Sam's Club. They also double as a charging station for your phone. They do work well. Burned my leg with burner fuel, switched to the stick style, they work but stink. Muddy brand at Sam's and they come two in a pack.

I found some like the ones Eric pictured, on Amazon. Cyber Monday sale price of $15.

I dropped one of the above warmers 20' out of a tree a couple of days ago, it quit holding a charge so I ordered two more off Amazon on a Black Friday sale for $15 as well.

Yesteray I went hunting, I had my ghili suit which is warm but some how forgot my wool sweater, it was in the 30s. I put my one working hand warmer in by shirt pocket on medium and it kept me warm except for my back that was facing narrow hollow.

As the sun went down the cold air came rushing down the hollow and was pretty cold. I had a cushon on Millennium tree seat so I flipped it up to be a back rest, this kept my back warm.

I still prefer the 10 hour heater packs from all the box stores. No odor, no chance of your pants going up in flames.

Eric, I have a set and use them on my left hand neuropathy. Helpes with the pain some times. They do get hot as he** on thr third setting, love mine.
