Guys this thing hit me like a ton of bricks, put me on my face in bed for three days with a sore throat so bad I couldn't drink anything. Had to do something I'm my wife's care taker. Went to doctors they gave an injection that helped a bunch, put me on massive doses of steroids we will see. Doctor told me that we should be taking zinc everyday specially us older folks.

Yep I take zinc and vit. D everyday. Also my immune system is very good because I never take experimental shots.
