I didn't realize that these bows don't have bamboo core limbs (per the reviewer).
I do know that the traditional black hunter's I own of the same draw weight with bamboo limbs throw a 400 grain arrow at 200+fps where he recorded 189fps with this bow. I don't know the reviewers draw length either.

^^^^ STIX? Sounds like BAMBOO wins the day? I don't remember where I heard or read it, but somebody said that "BAMBOO is NATURE'S "carbon" ??
