I haven’t seen a thread on this shoot yet, but I saw the their facebook page that North Montour Sportsmen’s Association will be hosting their Traditional 3D shoot April 6. (April 7 is open to all bow types). Registration from 7:30 - 2:00.
This is a great course with really nice targets!

A great club and some awesome shot setups. This was set for the first Saturday of April back when trout season use to start around the 15th. Now trout starts the same day as our shoot which has reduced numbers a bit.
If you are looking for a good traditional 3-D shoot to attend next weekend.....here you go, it's a good one!

I hear you Dennis, extended guess is rain up thru Thur.- Fri. not to bad, and Saturday is looking real well.
Come on out with us anyhow, fill your quiver, wax your string, and bring some boots.
The Montour Co. soil is very fertile and seems to drain off well and the trails are groomed well.
Birds are singing and color is starting to pop out everywhere.
Looking forward to seeing some of you This Saturday!

Gota say, we are very lucky here in Pa with all the traditional shoots!!! They have a nice course setup and food! Only shot here once but had a great time. I will not make the shoot as i got some turkey scouting to do and finish posting the hunting property. See some of you fellows at Shade.

Have a safe trip down John. We are setting the course today, have some guys getting together at the club and loading it all up and then taking care of business.

Nice shoot,very friendly people, nice targets. They also had squirrel pot pie on the menu, which was awsome. Great course to take your kids to shoot, because it's not to rugged.

39 shooters and everyone seemed to be having a good time. Wind was blowing arrows sideways up in the top field but it was good and fresh to say the least.
The crew spent the better part of the afternoon Friday setting targets.

Talked to Jim yesterday afternoon. They had 100 shooters yesterday(Sunday) which put them at 139 total for the weekend.
Now Sunday was compound also, but the first 3-D of the season with a 139 headcount should put a smile on any clubs face.
Thanks North Montour, and thanks to all you Traditional gals and guys that came out and supported us, it's very much appreciated!
