I’m having trouble logging on with my new phone. It asked me my email and birthdate it then it doesn’t except it. Who can I email for help with? Thank be you

You are logged on now, so it's not the system. It's something with your new phone, or you wouldn't be able to ask the question about it.

What kind of phone is it? It's likely someone will have the same model and tell you what's up, but it's definitely not the system here. Good luck.

"You are logged on now,"...the question is was this post made from the phone that seems to be the device of contention, or from another device such as a laptop.

I am logged on here on a different IPHONE right now, , not my new one. My new one won’t let me log on here, even when I type in my email address correctly. There is no spot for help that I can see that’s why I used this phone to ask.

This is what it says. The phone number is the same. Soon as I get everything swapped i will turn this phone in.

Did you turn off the old phone, and try logging in on the new one ?

I tried logging off yes. The new phone is an iPhone 13. Maybe the system won’t recognize the same name being used on 2 different devices? Not sure.

The system will recognize 2 different devices. I can log in on my laptop as well as my phone at the same time and stay logged in on both.
I'm NOT sure that you can log in on 2 different phones that have the same phone number.
Instead of logging in on the second phone, just see if you can go to the Leatherwall and post from the 2nd phone.

Thanks for the help. Ill try clearing everything off my old phone and just using the new one. If that doesn’t work I’ll go from there. Thanks everyone

Try logging in on bowsite.com and once logged in go to Leatherwall forum.

I ended up having to start as a new member. I am now BEARMAN2 lol Not sure why it wouldn’t take any of my information to login. I tried emailing the email That was on-site and it said no email found. I deleted everything on my old phone, and it still would not accept my login information. If anyone can help me id appreciate it. Thanks

Try logging out on the old phone then re-log-on with the old to double check.If it works logout on the old one and try logging in with the new one.

I did log off my old phone before I deleted everything on it and turned it in. I only have one phone now and it wouldn’t let me log back in. I guess I’ll just use this new login information. Not sure what else to do lol.
