What Dana said. Howatt/Martin never indicated the decade in their serial numbers, so it appears that was bow #160 for the production year, but without a picture you can only determine that the year ended in a zero.
Lucky you, we have guys here with encyclopedic knowledge of these bows, so they’ll be able to tell all, once you’ve posted a picture or a suitable description. A picture is your best bet.

I would say it was made in 2000.
