I just recieved a test kit from 3R. The lengths are all different and the inserts they sent are extremely tight, like they almost need to be pounded in (wich I would not do). I know that the 600 spine is smaller ID. I stopped trying to install them to get some advice. The nocks fit so tight I can barely turn them at all. The finish is very glossy and slippery too. Im wondering what your thoughts are on this?

WOW i got the 400 no problem with the inserts or nocks but the finish is shiny

I don't understand, why they didn't come already to with the inserts and nocks installed. You should call them and ask why they were not already installed. As for the shine, the traditional only arrows that I have are all of a dull finish, so I do not understand why yours are shinny. I do really think you need to call 3rivers and talk to some one there. Good luck

Ive had those problems on all the "h" fitting components. (.231 i.d.). Luckily this last batch of 600's i received were better, but i started using nock bushings a long time ago. Those h nocks were horrible.

I plan to call them. I just wanted to see what you guys said about it.

I have used them in the past until I went with Easton HEXX shafts, no problem ever with

H nocks and changed the inserts to HP 3 for better FOC.

You could try reaming the inside with a small diameter round file . Be very careful but this has worked for me in the past.
