At some point, folks have to learn to sweep their own kitchens. It's little issue to just delete them once a week if they didn't sell, and simply relist.

It would be helpful if the search by handle actually worked. Or the delete link that is provided when it notifies you of an existing ad.

The search by handle works fine for me. But it searches posts not classified ads.
