Today's shot will be 16yards face forward shot from a sitting or kneeling position. The target should be directly in front of you.

God bless,

CD

I was going to shoot the second shot at my old 3D deer target, but the glue didn't hold on my repair job from yesterday.

As called from a bear squat. Followed by one from each kneeling position still facing forward.

First shot was the highest; lost track of the kneeling shots. All four were 4x2 blazers cut to 8-10mm height.

Great call, CD!

55# Montana, 29" .400 carbon, 250 gr point, 600ish gr arrow weight, 21% FOC.

Thanks for the call CD; I think. This is the hardest call that you’ve personally made for me. I sat on a stool, and found it very hard to engage my back muscles for some reason. I only drew about 3/4 of the way with this 55# Necedah but still somehow managed to pull off a semi-decent shot. Gotta practice this one some more but with a lighter bow. Have a good day everyone! 16 yards sitting, facing target = boiler room. 16 yards kneeling, facing target, tickled it's underside.

That was definitely awkward. 1st shot wasn't so good but the 2nd was much better. Hill Wesley string follow 65" 62@ my draw and cedar shafts.

I love kneeling shots! Some days I’m more accurate kneeling than standing:) 16 yards as called

Okay, l’ll be letting a deer walk on this one. Seated on a five gallon bucket, I’m 6’-1”, all I have in front of me is knees and legs. So, first shot my bow limb hit my leg and I shot the doe standing behind the buck I had my sights on. Next arrow I threw at the target (not really, I drew about 20”). Cedar shaft arrows and 68” Border LB.

Very tough shooting for me today. I shot 2 each sitting and kneeling as called. #1 sitting was the low right one. #2 was the upper right one. #1 kneeling was the low left one and #2 was the upper left one. Whatever I did on #1 sitting I did the exact thing kneeling.

Thanks for the call CD

Thanks Snow Crow! Appreciate it! I pop in through the summer and fall when I can, maybe I can make it a more regular occurrence! Maybe I can get my phone to post these pics correctly.
