16 strands B55+#4 serving should be pretty close? Bohning nocks are slightly larger than the macro nocks I use, if I remember correctly.

I have 16 strands of b55 with .021 on mine right now... Pretty good for classic nock fit.
I shoot a lot so after a while it may not be quite as tight as when it's first twisted up..I use dental floss for my nocks..occasionally I just run it between the top and bottom nock, to increase diameter.

I keep one size serving on hand. To fine tune nock fit I use plumbers tape under the serving.
Rarely do I use more than 12 strands of B-55 on bows up to 60lbs. and usually less.

I use 14 strands of B50 and serve it with .024 Halo for a perfect fit using Bohning 5/16" Classic nocks.

I kept the link below in my notes.. target archer did a TON of checking on a large number of nocks... then put it all into a chart. Hugely valuable to me in past, although only lists FF+ and 8125. Since I only use FF+ on new bows, helped me a lot.
