Paid a whopping $1 (since there’s knife drooling on here thought I’d share) :)

They had these knives in the life raft survival kits when I was in the Navy. Nice find Tony. I’d like to find a USMC marked one.

That's a dandy every day "usin' knife".

Nice score!

I stopped at a yardsale a few minutes ago, looking for knives, cast iron, archery stuff, and whatever else. They advertised with hunting, trapping, etc. I left with a shop vac, some heavy duty aluminum sheet trays for butchering for $1 each, and an unopened spool of black D97 for $1. Talked to that fella for quite a while. He used to run an archery club and 'open trust' 3d shoot here until several targets were stolen, says he has a bunch more archery stuff, might have more spools of bow string, garbage cans full of arrows, points, etc. Took my number, told me to stop back tomorrow.

I have the same knife. It was issued to me when I was in the Air National Guard.
