A while ago there was a posting for instructions on making a frame to hold a bag target to shoot at. I had it on my phone which died, so I lost the instructions. I'm wondering if someone would repost them, thanks.

My basement target bag frame. My neighbor was throwing away a folding cot that had wheels, so I converted it into a target bag frame. It works great and is easy to move around.

Thanks to those who took the time to reply. I am going to get started now so I don't lose the instructions again. I have a new bag target and we shoot in our church gymnasium. It is much more pleasant there than outside. Thanks again!

I have one I bought on Camofire that is 2 metal stands that you put a 2x4 thru (any lenght you want) them hang your target from it. Works great and easy to take down and store.
