Lets see the view from your stand, blind or hide.
Tell us what you're hunting for, state or province, past successes from the spot, where you expect your game to come from, etc, etc please.
Multiple submissions encouraged.
Best regards, Skychief.

Sorry about the sideways photo. The open areas were clear by myself and my son. We bought a backhoe to pull the stumps. I sold 42 semi's of blue spruce pine chips after they were cut. I have food plots in 3 directions. Many deer have been taken from this spot. My property is between the farm areas and the swamp.

The view from one of my crow hides: I set up on the ground on or just inside the woods line, preferably under a large overhanging branch for top cover. Crows are mostly incoming, decoys and calling to bring them down to treetop level and hopefully milling about. Roughly 90 degree arc of shooting using the large grassland as an arrow drop zone. Have had dozens of shot opportunities and seen more than a few Matrix-like arrow dodges by the feathered fiends.

One of my clients has a nuisance goose problem. I'm sitting in cattails about two inches above the water on a tripod seat. 30 yards behind me is a road and as you can see, a warehouse in front of me. First day had a lone goose drop right into the foot deep water and I missed him at 10 yards. SMH.

Be cool! If Canadian geese, you do know that those nuisance geese are federally protected and permits are required to kill one.
I know of a simple but unlawful goose kill incident that the feds came down on him like gangbusters. That was when I became aware that the game enforcement feds do not play. He was fined a bundle for the violation and banned from obtaining a hunting permit for several years.

Bad time to lose a combine Jay. I guess it could be worse. Wheat is probably the worst. You usually lose both combine and field. If really unlucky trucks to.
Hopefully he has better days ahead. Maybe he should get a green one.

This was my view Saturday morning, it was a little fork horn. The resolution isn't good and I suck at photography, but it was taken just as irrefutable proof for all my "nay-sayer" hunting buddies that I, in fact, do not automatically shoot everything that walks by. As a matter a fact, I gave two of his hefty aunts a pass an hour earlier. You guys are my jury....I rest my case!

Its alot easier than a regular stand in my opinion. I still use ladder stands too. I'd say go from 30% shots out of regular lock on to only 30% shots cant take out of saddle. I've been practicing this summer and that was my first sit this year and very pleased. Alot of different setups on YouTube also to check out. Thats where I got started at.
