so i was messing around with my form, trying to get a torque issue resolved. i changed what tooth i use for anchor and moved my nose down sligthly. switched my riser to a std grip vs asbell. ive got 3 risers so no big deal. i changed my draw from a high elbow to a llow elbow starting position pre draw. the results: torque disappeared, occasional high nock disappeared, my point on went from 35 to 30, 15 and 20 are still the same. overall in very happy with how this worked out. 30 yd po for whitetails is perfecf. thought id share maybe itll help soneone else, the reason i did this was because a had a broadhead fly very sideways on a deer recently and needed to correct the occasional torqueing that caused it. cheers

that the thing with this sport. small physical differences require everybody to play with everything to get it right for them. thats part of the fun of it.

Have fun times 100. Mine is between 50 and 60 yards, depending on the bow and arrow combination used. That'll make you concentrate at 25 and 30. :) However, I don't have any short range issues either but that's likey because I haven't changed anything in six decades of hunting.

hi george. with split finger i get a simliar po distance. im shooting 3 under with a hi anchor. very few things have kept my attention as much as shooting recurves and longbows. in the early days of compounds it was simliar for me. since about 2000 the compounds got so good that i lost interest. but this is fun!
