My sources of Yew have dried up. Anyone know where I can find some? Not veneers but boards. Thank you in advance for any help.

Try contacting Nemah I believe he has some. Don't know if he wants to sell any. You made me an ASL awhile back, one of my favorites. Chuck S.

How much are you looking for. I have some Oregon Coastal Mt Yew.

Hey 30pt buck I'm seeking a steady source but for right now I need a board to cut into laminations. a minimum of 36" in length, pin knots are ok and welcome but no pithy knots.

You might talk to Jamie up in Canada... He has a supply of yew staves. https://www.ravenbeak.com/staves.html

Come to Oregon and harvest it yourself. Most people think the high altitude stuff with close growth rings is best for real English longbow. Yeas Allen Boyce might know. Another excellent wood is Juniper especially for shorter Indian type bows.
