I have a very solid Black Hawk Super Bee
recurve from the mid-sixties. The bow was
dirty and had a few handling marks, so I
sanded and refinished the bow with
polyurethane. The bow is 64 inches long and
pulls 40 Pounds at 28 inches. Red fiberglass
and red/white tip overlays. I am not sure
what the wood is. It looks like Oak and is
attractive, but I don't think it is Oak. It
does have a very open grain look to it.
I am asking $210 for the bow shipped east
of the Mississippi. If you are west of the
Mississippi, I can check the shipping and may
ask for a partial on the shipment since it
will need to be in a long box. I can also
