I haven't, but those adapters look very familiar to me. :-)

I have, they work very well. 3 blade VPA, 175 grain. I’ve been on bear recoveries with ACE, Grizzly and VPA, they will all do the job. I just prefer 3 blade for everything, been shooting them for most of my 35 years of bowhunting.
