Just read a very interesting article that basically states that the federal government is looking to step in and require all states to increase their minimum draw weight for hand held bows to 50#'s. States without a minimum currently will be required to adopt this new regulation.

Just wanted to give you all a heads up.

The article was dated today, April 1, 2024.

Read that too... Also have to pass an efficiency shooting course. Seems a little over stepping.

AND, they also mandate hunters must stand on one foot when shooting at game. They do leave it up to the hunter which foot is used.

Was that 50 lbs or 50 oz?

They efficiency test required a total of 10 points. 5 for any ogre and 1 for a goblin. Broadheads must be made of at least mithril for ethical compliance.

78% of statisticians agree that 68% of statistics are made up on the spot.

that's about 51 feet and similar to a lot of tall trees. Dad always sighted in our .22s at 51 feet....for squirrels.
