My ancient Easton chart says a 1916 shaft takes 9/32" nocks.

I use Bohning or AAE. Bohnning has a big indexer.

I used Mercury Speed Nocks for many years (properly around 35 or 40 years) until good quality ones were getting hard to find, then I switched to the Bohning Classics. I still have a few hundred Mercury Speed Nocks, but I use the Bohnings Classics most of the time.

Didn't read your post very good. 9/32 is good size nock for 1916's. That is the size I use.

Bohning classic. I don't glue them. 1/4 turn twist. I carry a few in my pocket.

On my micro-flites I use a couple of small drops of duco and screw them on. Haven't had any issues, and the knock receivers are aluminum.

I always used Sure-Nocks love them
