Try Etsy. Pretty sure I've ran across some looking for Osage.

Carson Brown aka Surewood Shafts aka Echo Archery. He may or may not have a stave he's willing to part with.

Ravenbeak Natureworks sells a lot of yew staves. They are in British Columbia, CA.

I get most of my yew staves from Jamie MacDonald at Ravenbeak. He has good stuff. I just got two off him from the last bunch he offered. (see you.tube videos)
I have seen a supplier of yew billet staves on Craigslist(Seattle) and he lives in Black Diamond. Large selection, joined with z splice and smooth on.Lots to pick from for $80 US. each. Looks like a good deal. Do a search.
Ebay has some on occasion.

A year ago, nativewayonline.com had 50" cured Osage staves for $50.00. They were not advertised on their web site. They took some inventory from a retiring family member of a similar business. The email may still be info@. Good luck.
