To here edge of tree line. Range finder says 181 yards. I thought I shot way up. I lost sight of it still climbing.

Bowfitz I pulled a 29" arrow all the way to the shoulder of the tip on my knuckle Over 70# that's for sure.

From: Wayne Hess
Date: 22-Jul-23

Nice yard range, I guess those old war bows can fling an arrow

Drop 50 pounds. Let you lid hair grow out real long and braid it. Shave the sides and back tight. Chug some fountain of youth elixir. Then you'll look the warrior you're imagining. lol

Erase the bow and this pic looks exactly like my wedding dance photo

I couldn’t do that with 60# anymore. It’s hard to believe all those English archers all drawing 100# or more.

From: PhantomWolf

Rooty, seeing as how you're a neighbor to us in Maine I'll check around for your lost arrow, you never know.

Might even float in on the tide. :^)

From: Wayne Hess

It’s their somewhere

From: jwhitetail
Date: 24-Jul-23

That is burley, Rory - sure you would be sending those arrows right into the ranks of the French cavalry! JW

From: bowhunt
Date: 24-Jul-23

Maybe you could time travel back to the Battle of Agincourt and get a little action in.

From: Arvin
Date: 25-Jul-23

What’s the arrow weight?
