It's a Reynolds sight. Try eBay, but the usually come with other bows attached. OR, find some one with a 3D printer.

Single pin sights were popular in those days. Many had 3-4 pins and we would slide the others up to the top.

They take one sight pin which can be a hooded sight and it slides up and down the bracket. I may and extra one but not at home right now. Will look for one when I do get home.
