Shot as called using a new bow I put together. Riser is a Samick Polaris and limbs are Southwest Archery longbow limbs 45#. On this riser this bow is 42#. With a 3 rivers string it makes a 68 inch hybrid longbow. I think it's a great shooting bow. Have a great day everyone.

Shoot straight guys.

Good afternoon FS Shooters, I'm trying to shoot straight. Ground some thin laminations down for tip. Overlays this afternoon when I got off work. Then it was time to take this shot. First shot was freaking horrible, as called from 17 yd. JF

Second shot with my 44 lb 68 in longbow and GT 600s classics. Was much better. But only the first one counts. The rest is just practice. And I don't get enough of that. Have a great night everybody. JF

Haven’t shot this one for awhile but was getting it ready to hunt with, even though I will not be hunting with it. I put on string silencers and made covers for the ILF connections with 26” bicycle tube to help silence. Arrows are Axis 500s from Uukha limbed Black Wolf.

Put the ILF up and went to my hunting bow. I did stay with the same Axis 400s (oops, called them 500 above) and the Border Harrier carbon LB. I want to hunt with my cedar arrows but these skinny carbons rip out of this bow. Decisions decisions.
