Great kitchen knives! Cutco stands behind their products.

I love finding garage sake Cutco. That's a great deal. Much like I USED to like finding garage sale Craftsman tools.

I have a CUTCO filet knife that is probably 30 years old and still use it to death...love that piece of steel!

Great find! I have a 12 piece set that I built one knife at a time from thrift shops. I think my total was $20 or so and the knives are valued by CUTCO at a grand or so! Gotta love thrift stores! Lance

I have 2 knives with handles just like the one pictured, but no names or marking on them. Are they Cutco? I do like the steel on them though.

I would guess so, the Cutco logo and model number is small faint and right by the handle

My wife bought a set to help out a relative. They're good knives, but I don't care for the hollow grind, so I use their free re- sharpening service rather than botch a reprofiling job on something I've got that much money tied up in. I find chef's knives a bit oversized and ungainly for anything short of mayhem. The most used is the paring knife, which works very well.
