I have 1 1958 Kodiak. 46# 64". IME it's the best pre-59 Kodiak. Very soon I'll have 1 60" 50#. I'd love to get some more, any length, lighter than what I have. But I'm not holding my breath for Bear to remake them. There are a number of models that would be great as remakes. Bear doesn't seem to be too interested in doing that, though. Heck, they don't even make the 59 in the 3 lengths it came in.

I get along well with my 58. It is 60 inches and 52 pounds draw weight. They are handsome bows and certainly deserve the kind words. It shoots well and if I live long enough I want hunt it. Other bows in line first.

Kodiak is on the right in the photo.
