I like that. I may copy it. If that wheel is solid & doesn't have any tilt in the axle, that can't be beat. If I don't find a wheel with no play I will put one on each side. Thanks, >>>----> Ken

Great idea. Nice consistent bevel.

The caster stud will spin (by design) to the opposite side. This way I can get the same bevel on the other side.

The wheel is slightly rounded. This is actually helpful for broadheads like the Ace standard. Since the edge is convex, the rounded wheel profile allows me to tilt side-to-side, so I can hone the tip and base of the convex edge.
