I want to give a big shout out to some great customer service I received from this bowyer. I had bought one of his T/d recurves used. I shot for several months and really loved it. But the lower limb started to show issues and needed fixing or replacement. I called Wes and we discussed the issue. He asked if I used a bow stringer which I always do but could not vouch for the previous owner. He asked me to send the bow to him and he would look at it. A couple months after sending it I called and he said he was making a new set of limbs at no charge, even though improper stringing was likely the cause of the problem. I just received the bow back and there was not even a bill for shipping. And he included a new string with silencers and nocking point . I took it out and tried it out. I'm glad to have my favorite 3D bow back. Thank you Wes Wallace

That’s Wes, had same type experience. “My bows don’t break” he told me. I was a second owner as well. That was 2007 and that bow is still shooting.

You can’t beat Wes. I have one Mentor he made for me and I get my strings from him as well. If I have another bow made he will make it.

To me he went above and beyond helping you out. Good for him and great for you. I have been very fortunate I having no issues with the many bows I’ve bought over the years. I really wish some of the bowyers I’ve never met would come to our gatherings here in Michigan. Wes Wallace would be on top of my list.

I have a Royal that is an outstanding bow. Over ten years I have had several conversations with Wes and bought a few strings from time to time. He is very accesible, knowledgable, helpful, and makes a heck of a bow.
