Great to hear of a company not only standing behind their products but going above and beyond. I'm not in the market for a blind but if I were, I'd look at the Primos based on your experience.

If somebody else would have vertical windows in their blinds I would consider others but until then Primos gets my business.

I have a Primos Double Bull Recurve model that I have had since 2007, I've had great luck with it so far and haven't broken anything, but it's great to know that they back their products.
