Today's shot will be the precision shot from 9 yards. Tiny spot... how close can you get with your first shot of the day?

God bless,

CD

As called, 9 yards shooting at a golf tee. Good alignment, 1" high.

Y'all have a good day. Bad storms predicted here for this afternoon.

Thanks for the call CD. Back is finally good enough to shoot again! Today I’m shooting a 1970 Bear Tigercat @ 50# and 58” that is new to me. Got her all tuned up yesterday and it likes these Easton Classic 2016’s a lot. I was trying to hit the center of the 14pt circle and as you can see I just clipped the ring. Have a good day everyone! As stated, thanks CD. Punched it. But I'm gonna go with, because of the wind. If it wasn't blowing from 3 o'clock. I would have missed it by 1/4-1/2" to the left. Safe and happy shooting, shooters.

Good afternoon FS Shooters. Thanks for the call CD. Shot as called 9 yd trying to hit the small spot. Shooting my 64" RKK 1959 rendition at 40 lb and GT 1535 trad blems. That's as close as I can come. I'm happy. Very warm and humid. It feels like July, Yuck. Have a great night everybody. JF

ShortStick, That's the first time I ever heard someone use the "wind excuse" for hitting their target. LOL

Usually the high crazy winds is my excuse. For not hitting the target. Our club has our first 3D coming up this weekend. It's going to be great to get out and shoot with a bunch of people. Even though 3/4 of them or more are compounds. It'll still be fun. JF

I know right!! But honestly I knew the wind pushed the rear of my arrow to the left, causing the point to hit right. If I had taken a pic farther back, you'd see how the arrow came in nock left. And it was windy here today. But at the end of the day, it's good enough for government work! ??

Definitely a nice result... doesn't matter how it got there! lol
