Today's shot will be a shooter's option.... a walk-up series from 30, 25, 20 & 15 yards or a series of 4 from 50+ yards.

God bless,

CD

Did the walk up 30,25,20,15 yards. Not about to mess with the 50 yard bombs just before going out for Turkey. But used my BW PCHX today 56" 52#@26 shooting 400 Trad barebows with 260 up front. Thanks CD. Safe and happy shooting shooters.

It was nice to shoot at 45 degrees and no wind FINALLY!! But that takes away most of the excuses I may have had for shooting so poorly this morning. So I'm going with showing the rest of today's shooters how NOT to shoot.

30 yards is furthest to the right. 25 yards is furthest to the left. 20 yards was high. 15 yards I dropped my bow arm.

I should have stopped after the 30 yard shot.

Have a good weekend, y'all.

I opted for the walk up today. Not real tight but dead. Fedora longbow 62" 76@28 and cedar shafts.

Great shooting yesterday. I forgot to post my shots.

I am committed to only shooting 1-3 arrows at a time (get more walking in), so here are my first three from 45 yards (as far back as I can go) with a 1963 Browning Trophy, 54#, shooting for the upside-down turkey symbol on the dogfood-bag target.
