Been using LWs for a long time. Light, sturdy, quiet. Novix should be good as well. It's a copy of the Lone Wolf. Just a tad narrower and a pound or so lighter.

I have both. The novix is sl ightly lighter but gives up 3" of platform space in width. I do like the improved v bracket and the tooth shape on novix. Unless something major changes a LW assault 2 new is going to behard to come by. If the novix seat was slightly smaller it would suit me too.

There is a fella Makin mesh seats for the Lone Wolf/Novix stands. Think he makes 2 different sizes.
