I agree with Frank, and will add this. The Bitzenburger is the last jig you will ever have to purchase. There are Bitzenburgers that are 60+ years old and still going strong as ever.

My bitzinberger is over 40 years old and I bought a second to set up left wing "used" that I hardly used. The AAE nock receiver is a worthwhile upgrade because it's a tighter on nocks and fit and it is much more even with the detents. Now all I fletch is four fletch 120 degrees but options exist after I leave this world for someone else hopefully my son. I made a sheet metal base also that I'm very happy with.

I sold my Bitz in favor of a Jo Jan and I haven't regretted it yet. While I haven't tried it with every size arrow shaft, I believe diameter doesn't matter.

I have both.. the Blitz works fine on small shafts. Just remember you won’t get a lot of helical on those small shafts. I do a straight offset on on “skinny” shafts like Easton axis.
