Bow is a PSE Night Hawk, 51#, arrows are carbons...yep, I said carbons. I have to admit these have been durable as all get out. They may be a bit fugly to some, but they shoot well.

Stump in center is the target, about fifteen or so yards.

Sneaked in on this fellow before he saw me. About 35 yards...a good shotgun shot.

Last one. Nice fat target left over. These fields are farmed by local farmers. They pay nothing for it and can harvest the crops, but they have to let some for the wildlife too. If they raise corn, they must leave a number of rows standing for the critters.

Now, now no stalking birds in Pa. LOL

Any tics?

No ticks today Glenn, but usually it's a good place to get them.

Hi George, I just have to pick on you a little. All the comments over the years about not caring for fancy looking bows and here you are with some super 'fancy' arrows :)

Nice photos and good shooting!

From: George D. Stout
Date: 12-Apr-21

But I didn't make them that way Joe. :) I usually refer to that because I don't have the talent to make fancy ones...at least that's my excuse. ))))))

Nice walk George. At least the arrows aren’t pink! Lance

Lance, I have some with pink and yellow fletching.

What's wrong with pink fletching. :) Pink sure is easy to see, even in flight.

From: Knifeguy
Date: 12-Apr-21

Oh, pink fletching’s not too bad, but those Pink Nugent arrows want to make me ... well you get the picture! Lance

Back in the 70's I had some pretty gaudy looking arrows when I was shooting competitive field archery; they were Easton Autumn Orange shafts with pink feathers and fluorescent orange nocks, shooting in the bowhunter barebow division. You could hear them before you saw them they were that loud. :)
