marc of PAW is a great bowyer in Pa. Marc don’t take order’s. He builds great bows , He usually has some bows for sale when he goes to some shoots in Pa. Marc told me I could say anything Bad about him if I wanted to, It wouldn’t make him made. So I cannot think of anything. Marc is a great person too. He finally made a left hand bow in my specks. I had to grab it up. And if I may Marc is 83 years young. Marc thank you agin.

I will second that Wayne. You will not find a more sincere gentleman than Marc and his bow building knowledge is top shelf!

Marc is one of the few Really good guys. I made a few armguards for him years ago. He wanted something to give away with his bows.

Very nice looking bow.

I have met Marc a couple of times at 3 D shoots. I have to agree he is a gentleman and his bows are amazing! I really like the looks of his Mckean! I really enjoy looking at the bows he brings to the shoots. He certainly does not look 83 years old. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer guy and a better bowyer.

A few years ago I bought a Cameron off of Mark. A 1 pc recurve. I shot that bow in the cellar that winter sitting on a stool 11 yards away.

I had a little colored sticker on a burlap turkey target and had three arrows in it. The sticker was about the size of a nickel and to this day I have not shot a bow that could outperform that one.

Not only is Mark all of the above, but he is taking the time to teach others his craft.

If you have the chance to check out his bows, do so, you will be glad you did.

I am fortunate enough to have 2 of Marc's Blair County long bows. A 50#, 60" has been my hunting bow the past 8 years and a 42#, 62" is my 3D bow. My opinion is his bowyer craftsmanship is second to none. I have also seen some bows by other members of "The Smethoprt Bowyers Guild" and see Marc's influence in their bows.

But the best part of having his bows is the privilege of being able to get to know and interact with Marc over the years.

Early on I knew who Marc Lauver was , and he had a web site , I looked at often, Marc knew little about me. Marc quit building bows and web site no more. I’m glad Marc started back up, and got to know me a little better, and I’ve got to know him better, Thank You Marc. Of Penn Archery Works, PAW BOWS
