Fellow hunters ... Cruzer saddles are they still in business? No one answers the phone and the web site isn't working?

google saddle hunting maniacs. They just did a pod cast at my archery club last weekend.
I am not sure of the make of the saddle they were promoting.

Yes they are, it is not easy to contact them but you can get a hold of them through Face Book. Best saddle I have found yet, a bit heavier than some but the construction is top notch! Cruzr XC is the way to go! Shawn

Funny, saddle hunting used to mean hunting in a low area between two ridges well-travelled by game. Now it means using a giant butt sling diaper to hang from a tree branch.
Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Altek, “ from a tree branch”? Well I guess, but most saddle hunters are tethered to the main trunk of the tree.

Dale...maybe, but some like to have a branch on the nether side of the tree for no-slide security, and some actually do attach to large branches (seen it on the internet so it must be true). Giant butt diaper sling are remarkably versatile.

I’d go with Kestrel or Tethrd if they are that hard to reach and unresponsive to you as a customer.
Cruzr might be a great saddle but poor customer service is a deal breaker for me.

Tethrd are not even close to the quality and comfort and the Kestrel is a step above the Tethrd saddles but again the Cruzr line is awesome. I have never had an issue with their customer service and I get a response everytime I e-mail them. Shawn

Scooby-doo, " Tethrd are not even close to the quality and comfort and the Kestrel is a step above the Tethrd saddles", That's a strong statement , so what makes you say that?

I have owned them both, the stitching quality and the materials in both the Tethrd and others is not bas good as the Cruzr. Comfort wise they are not close, hip pinch is a major issue with all the tethrd saddles. Tethrd has great marketing and that is why they sell so many and the Hunting Public helps them sell saddles as well. Shawn

I'm back in the saddle again, out where a friend is a friend. Where the longhorn cattle feed on the lowly gypsum weed, back in the saddle again... I`m riding the range once more, totin' that ole' 44, where you sleep out every night and the only law is right, back in the saddle again....

Thanks for clarifying. I'm sure Cruzr makes a fine saddle.
