Good to be home for a few days. Still experimenting with this new 3D elk target. I guess my ground was a bit soft for my stakes because my 30 shot knocked the old boy over. Propped him up for the pic.

Shot my Harvey Archery Ferret 50"52# curve again today, 20 was decent, barred fir on the left. 25 I choked, white fletch chundoo low, and the 30 was back in the zone with another barred fir. Musta been a decent shot because it took that elk to the ground....right?

Y'all have a good day.

My shot today was the world famous 100yd precision shot and I drilled it! I shot my 175# Yew Warbow and a 1250gr arrow with a bodkin on the end. The 6” goose feathers kept it true to course and both the golf tee and the arrow disappeared into the roll of hay. I can’t provide a photo today because by some strange coincidence my camera doesn’t want to work. Oh well, the shot of a lifetime and no proof! Have a good day and enjoy your day! Lance

Hope that EVERY ONE is able to get out and fling some arrows. Kinda windy in Central AL so archers here will have calculate the stiff breezes. BLESSED BE!

Glad you liked it Frank, Ha!Ha!

Lance you only used the 175 lb one, you must be feeling under the weather. You mentioned that your camera is not working, I have the same problem shooting those impossible shots also...LOL!!!

Good shooting, Lance. That arrow was a bit light, a bit under 8 gpp. I assume the Yew Warbow is still under it's lifetime(s) warranty so you don't want to posting online that you were outside the terms of your warranty. Thanks for the call CD. I lobbed woodies with a 1961 Clan Gordon Royal Huntsman, 20 was okay but I wandered at left at 25 and overcorrected at 30.
