Hi Doc. It was always the last full weekend in July, unless things have changed due to COVIV-19

Thanks. Never get it straight. I think I gave my wife the wrong dates when she was planning our vacation. Uh oh

JR, it's likely they will move it to Sawmill if the state gives them grief over the use of Denton Hill since it's a state park. With ol Taxin' Tom as governor and his hunger for power, it's hard to tell what he'll come up with by July. They own the Sawmill place so have control on it. Also keep Joyce in your prayers as she battles her illness.

We're doing fine out here in the country, don't know about the city folk but we're not locked down. We have restaurants open for indoor seating and no one seems to not be shopping at the stores around Bedford and vicinity. Walmart still has lines although people are wearing their masks for the most part...going there today to pick up a prescription and sundry munchies. I can go out my backdoor and go stumping or even hunting or even drive to the SGL or state forest to sling arrows. We still go to church also....and fishing season is coming. ;)

I kind of figure the state won't allow that. I can not see Sawmill being able to handle the Denton Hill crowd. I do not thing there is enough room or local hotels and eating places that the DH crowd is used to. DH may be done as we know it. I hope not. And prayers from Joyce.

Just remember it will always be the Thursday thru Sunday of the last "FULL" weekend in July. If July ends on a Saturday and August 1st is the Sunday, it will be Thursday thru Sunday the preceding week. DANNY

R1STEER,
You are correct. It's on the ski sawmill website. I was looking at the PA Wilds Archery Festivals site where they typically announce such things. Thanks.
