I finally had a chance to shoot my first ever new bow and take some pictures of it. Al Kimery built this bow using osage curls set in resin for the riser. I supplied the dark osage for the limbs. This is a one of a kind bow.

Al Kimery is one of the most artistic bowyers I know of when it comes to using color. He's not afraid to use some interesting materials, like the block of resin with stuff in it. Check him out on FB to get a sense of what he'll do. He often comes to our shoot in La Grande, Oregon and displays his bows. Very cool to check them out in person.

You missed one thing on the bow that you will have to add below your name Clint!

From: RonG

That is a beauty, what a great idea to use the curls that way.

That is by far the most beautiful bow I have ever seen, those $4000.00 bows won't hold a candle to that one.

I bet it shoots better than it looks.

You have to post a video if you can, if you don't know how to do that, send me the bow and I will do a full twenty minute video for you.

Don't thank me now that is what us brothers of the bow do for each other.
