I’m stumped- looks Shakespeare-ish but couldn’t find it there and someone told me Cravotta Bros but nope unless I’m missing something- help!!

Well I may have answered my own question and I think it was made by Whiffen. If anyone knows if that’s right or not and has any other info I’d be much obliged.

It is a Hoyt Pro Hunter marketed by Whiffen. Circa 1964

Tips and specs are typical of Hoyt.

Whiffen had Eddings, Hoyt and Howatt build bows that they then marketed as Whiffen Shooting Stars or Comets. I have a Eddings and a Hoyt model.

Because it is a Pro-Hunter it is a valuable bow! Pro- Hunters from that era are one of my favourites.
