How much of difference will there be for arrow tuning with a 125 gr field point and a 135 grain broadhead.

If the arrow is the correct spine in the first place, almost nil. There are 7,000 grains to a pound; 437.5 to an ounce. So at 10 gr, you’re talking about 1/44th of an ounce.

If the arrow with the FP is only shooting OK because there is no steering up front and a large amount of fletching is covering up a significant tuning issue, the broadhead can be expected to do something unexpected. But it won’t be because of the 10 grains difference.

None that you or I will ever notice.

I've found that if the broadhead is one of the longer ones, it can make a difference especially if the spine is not correct. The longer length moves some of the weight forward. If the spine is correct, this will make almost no difference in flight. But if the spine is a little weak to begin with, it can make a noticeable difference.

Make sure the BH spins true and you should be fine.

Your answer depends on WHERE the arrow fall in the usable spine range for that bow. If it falls at the upper end of your usable spine it could shoot stiff other wise you will not notice any difference,

If you find a difference, it probably means that you are already shooting the wrong shaft.
