So I have these 2 new to me bows and Don Lewis asked to see them so I’ll post some photos. Our friend Jim Baker told me about the Gordon and since I didn’t have one I decided on his recommendation to purchase this Knight. It’s 62” and 42# and shoots just fine. Smooth drawing and was easy to tune with 2016 arrows. The second bow is a Browning Safari that I bought from Crookedstix because as we all know, he’s always thinning his herd! It’s 60”-51# and is a gorgeous bow. It shoots very good also and does well with 55-60 spine arrows. Enjoy the photos! Lance

couple of nice old bows Lance. I like seeing some of the stuff most of us won't see otherwise, like your Gordon.

After seeing your Safari mine will be with me on my next trip to the range.Have not shot it for at least 18 months.

The Safari did well to survive its trip to Seattle. Lance sent me pictures of how the package arrived; it looked like the Post Office towed it there behind a rowboat! The package clearly got left out in the rain, or laid under a lawn sprinkler for a few hours! The cardboard box was almost completely disintegrated...it brings a whole new light to the phrase "shipping" a bow; it looked more like they keel-hauled it! But that polyester resin clear finish on the old Brownings is almost indestructible, as this bow proved.

Both are great looking bows. Having "new" bows to tune and shoot sure is fun!

Lance I don't know how I missed this. And here I was wondering why I never heard anything about it.

Beautiful Knight.
