Are the Bear/Delta bow quivers no longer being made?

Plant burned down years ago. Didn't rebuild it.

If that’s the quiver try Fred Asbell. He used the quiver body to make his side quivers from

I made a couple grippers for mine using thin belting. Works great.

G.Fred is probably your best bet. He made the "GFA" bow quiver that I use on my Bear. It's identical to the old Delta/Bear except for it has a thin felt covering on the hood...which I like.

Fred G. doesn't make his anymore. You'll have to search for one. I could sell you mine but you couldn't afford it. Lol!

I searched all over, can’t find them anywhere. Gotta find a used one I guess. Thank you for the replies, fellas, sorry I took so long to get back to you all. Hope everyone had a great 4th!!

Contact Ron Rockwell. His handle on here is Rock.

He makes the original Bighorn bow quiver, which is very similar to the Delta.

You can find photos of his quiver, and get his contact info from this old thread (copy and paste link)...

I have a couple of those quivers that need replacement foam in the hoods if anyone knows where I could find them

From: lefty4
Date: 09-Jul-20

I have made several hood inserts just by shaping a piece of heavy duty foam. A knife, coarse file, and contact cement is all you need. A belt sander works really well and makes it fast. Use the old foam as a model or make a mold using the empty hood. It's a pretty simple job and you can get better foam than comes with many new quivers.

I have several of the large grippers both for standard and carbon shafts. I need a 4 arrow gripper.Any trades.

They come up on flea bay from time to time

I replaced the foam in my Delta, but the arrow gripper is shot! If anyone hears of a source please let me know.

Hey Jay B, Try Kustom King Trad. Archery. I only use Delta Bow Quivers. Several years I bought hood inserts and the gripper from them.

Good Luck,

Hank

I bought a gripper and a hood insert from Asbell last year at Denton!

3Rivers sells arrow grippers for the Delta under a different name, but I haven't seen a quiver other than mine for many years.

I totally agree with Mike about them being my favorite quiver for a Bear TD... someone needs to continue making them.

That kinda looks like this wing quiver. Anyone know anything about it?

From: TradToTheBone

Lucky Strike, l have a Wing quiver. Mounts to bushings installed on back of bow . I’ve used it on Wing and Browning bows . Easy on and off, quiet, stable and lightweight. Your photo of yours looks like it’s missing bottom bracket and the arrow gripper doesn’t look like mine.If you have other questions pm me and I’ll try to answer them. If any one has extra Delta mounting brackets I’d be interested.

Hey Guys, sorry for the late reply, here, and to those who have PMed me about this thread. I’m trying to get a handyman business off the ground, running a store on eBay. A bit of advice for anyone using PayPal; Do not use the word “Damascus” on your note for payment. I sent a payment for a Damascus steel knife, and the payment was pending for days, then my account was frozen. Took me days to get in touch with someone to straighten it out and assure them I wasn’t sending money to Syria. What a goat screw! Anyway, thank you for all the help here and to those who have offered to sell me quivers. Though I’m not here much these days, I think of you guys as my archery family, and always tell as many people as I can what a great community this is. God Bless all of you, and all your families!
